Jonny co-founded Bluepeak. He has over ten years' experience successfully working on individual Partner or team moves at US, Magic Circle and leading international law firms. 

Jonny prides himself on delivering a consultative and highly bespoke, tailored and confidential service.

Adam joined Bluepeak in 2024 having previously worked with Vaughan, Jonny and Alex at another firm.

He is the former Head of Leveraged Finance at the Magic Circle law firm Linklaters and has over 30 years' experience in the City advising elite financial and legal institutions and their leaders and executives.

He is known for his down to earth, straight-talking approach meaning that clients and candidates welcome his informed insights.  He has worked with leading law firms and candidates on some of the most high-profile partner moves in recent years. He has always been passionate about people and helping them grow and develop to achieve their full potential, and his qualification as an executive coach means he can provide invaluable support to our client and candidates in that regard.

Alex co-founded Bluepeak and leads the associate business. 

He has worked for some of the leading legal recruitment agencies in London and has extensive experience placing associates of all levels at the most renowned US and UK law firms. 

Alex has supported successful searches for clients in all major practice areas.  

He prides himself on providing an honest and realistic approach to both clients and candidates, in what can be a challenging market to navigate.

Sophie is a qualified Barrister with over 15 years’ experience in legal recruitment both in London and previously, in Asia.

Prior to joining Bluepeak in 2025, Sophie led the partner team for another global legal search firm in London. Between 2013 – 2022, Sophie led the private practice team for the same global search firm in Singapore, where she specialised in recruiting counsels and partners into leading US, UK and offshore law firms there. 

Sophie prides herself on building long term relationships with both clients and candidates who praise her honesty and integrity throughout the recruitment process.
